This program is designed to help the busy Toddler who has not perfected the skill of sleeping consistently yet. This child is 1.5 years and older and has moved out of the crib.

At this age Little Ones are striving for independents, coupled with poor sleep skills can make for some challenging bedtime situations. Getting to bed and staying there can be a real struggle and exhausting for parents.

This is perfect for resolving bedtime issues from early mornings to nap resistance, and get everyone in your home back to a healthy sleep schedule.

After an initial meeting (virtual) and assessment I will customize a sleep plan to fit your child’s needs and families lifestyle. With tons of resources there is no shortage of support and education to give you the confidence and tools you need to coach your child through challenging sleep habits.

This package includes:

Detailed assessment about your child’s sleep habits, any health challenges, family lifestyle, sleep goals etc.

Private sleep consultation (60-90mins) where we review the assessment, discuss sleep environment, set sleep goals, review feeding schedule, and chat about your current sleep schedule.

I walk you through your customized sleep plan designed for your child’s needs.

Demo of our online sleep tracking form where your progress is monitored daily. I offer feedback when necessary to help keep your little one on track.

Support to help you become comfortable with achieving healthy sleep.

Week two your little one should be well on their way to better nighttime sleep, email support is offered this second week.
