Here’s how it works: 

We create a tailor-made sleep plan just for you. In our initial chat, we’ll dive into the unique challenges you face, family setup, and goals. Then, armed with this insight, you’ll receive a personalize sleep plan, taking you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s all about guiding you and your little one to where they feel confident and safe falling asleep (and staying asleep!) all on their own. 

What’s Included

  • A Sleep Questionnaire, which you will be asked to fill out to get things started. It covers your child’s sleep history and issue(s), your overall sleep goals and what you hope to achieve through your work with us.
  • 1-Hour Sleep Consultation – once you have placed your order, you will received a email to select a time that’s convenient for you to book your call with me. 
  • A Little Sleep Coach Sleep Plan – fully customized to you, based on your questionnaire.
  • Ongoing Support in the form of two follow-up phone calls (15 minutes each), unlimited text/email support, and a daily online sleep log tracking and support.

By the time your little one reaches 4 months, they’ve become accustomed to the family routine. 

Yet, occasionally, they might overlook the memo on sleep, and this tendency lingers into their toddler years and beyond. In the early years, your child undergoes rapid changes, providing a great opportunity to support them in learning new things.

This program is designed for families with children aged 0-30 months; it offers unwavering support throughout the entire sleep plan process. Rest assured, you and your little one will receive an abundance of support and LOVE! 

This carefully crafted step-by-step program is dedicated to your child’s sleep journey, with my guidance every step of the way. Your child will master the art of falling asleep independently, leading to significant improvements in all their sleep habits.

Included in this package is a thorough preliminary questionnaire, a personal remote consultation, a customized sleep plan, sleep coaching, and ample follow-up support.

I walk you through your customized sleep plan designed for your child’s needs.

Demo of our online sleep tracking form where your progress is monitored daily where I offer feedback when necessary to help keep your little one on track.

Unlimited email support for the duration of the program, 2 video calls, unlimited instant messaging during business hours for the duration of the program.

Week two your little one should be well on their way to better nighttime sleep, email support is offered this second week.
